a brief taste of italy - pisa.

ah, the leaning tower of pisa. you know i had to see it! as you will see below, as you walk into the square, you see the tower kind of.. peeking out. it's a real freaky moment when all of a sudden, you realize that the leaning tower is just ahead of you. there wasn't much to see here in pisa (which is part of tuscany) - but seeing the leaning tower at least once is worth it. while here, i also visited the cathedral, the baptistry (with amazing echo effects that they demonstrate every half hour) and i took lots of photos with the leaning tower... naturally!
